Sounds like a Samsung fan playing dirty! Clove UK who are very reliable have confirmed availability week beginning 7 April and Carphone Warehouse has confirmed 7 April. Sony ftw!

Please don't make me wait any longer. I want to see z2 in review video before deciding to buy one.
I'm about to abandon samsung. Sorry samsung, you've been great. But you disappoint me with your s5. And i don't think i can wait for note4, with z2 waving its hand in front of me.

My info is that Z2 already launched in Japan, Europe is next.
Only the UK might get it a bit later, but way before S5 for sure.

Hmmm... I hope this won't happen to Sony. Xperia Z2 is a great device! If Sony will get delayed then a lot of people who'll buy it will get frustrated coz the next flagship phone which is the Z3 will be coming out too soon if the delayed rumors are true.

Well as a proud Z1 owner I can't say i see this as bad news ;) my phone stays the flagship for that much longer. I temporarirly contemplated selling my Z1 now and then waiting on the Z2. But there's just enough of an improvement IMO to warrant an upgrade already. And if the update timeline Sony spoke about is to be followed (new flagship every 6 months) then the Z3 or whatever will be announced by this time next year
