Anonymous, 15 Mar 2014You need to get out if your fanboy tent and get real. You b... moreXperia L - 2013 model, 1GB RAM, Krait CPU/GPU, Jelly Bean. This is a pretty decent spec to be honest. And is far superior to the iPhone 4. When the phone works, it's great, fast, fluid, a joy to use. But it's just not as consistently reliable as the iPhone. The experience is different, worse. I feel those with Android have Android because it's cheaper and they think they are more intellectual. iPhone user - I install apps, delete apps, it just works. Android User - I want to see my apps, delete cache, root my device. Why? The phone should work great out of the box, it's not great if you spend hours flashing roms, rooting, making mods just to get it working how you like.

AnonD-127662, 15 Mar 2014You might IT experience but you sure don't have smartphone ... moreI think you are confused. The Xperia L has double the ram of the iPhone 4. Is nearly 4 years newer. Has a Krait dual core CPU faster GPU and running Jelly Bean. A short while ago this was high end spec. It should be a better experience, but it isn't. It shouldn't crash, the phone shouldn't be laggy, it's sold as the camera Sony engineers wanted to make. The spec is far superior to the iPhone 4, but the iPhone 4 is still better to use. BTW. I have used HTC One, Galaxy Note 3, etc.

I cannot believe the guy took a screenshot to the "main page", went to settings, took another one of the "info page", went back again and took the other screenshot to the "main page". Weird!

Apple's tight control over hardware and software gives most people exactly what they need - a reliable and easy to use phone. Apple can fix all the bugs very easily, no matter if there's 4, 8 or 100 different iPhones, iPods and iPads.

There's a phone for everyone out there.

If you're stuck on a terrible Android release, chances are that you'll need to live with it for a while or forever.

Every software has its bugs, stop pretending.

Lo... moreThe iOS is aimed at those ppl who are either aren't tech savy or are wishing for a simple phone to do their basic phone jobs(calling, messaging etc.) Plus some perks such as basic photography and videography all with an extra simple interface cause they just don'tknow how to handle the freedom that comes with using android, finally comes the most abundant members of the iOS community a la show off rich idiots who get fooled by marketing and general population stereotypes( ppl with iPhones are rich! So let me buy 1 to showoff). Such ppl either can't handle the freedom that android provides or are buying iPhones just for showoff so there us no point telling them that android is better! They don't understand that they get the worst software that runs on an even worse hardware....

Ios is a stable OS? That's perception and not reality. Look at how many version 7 ios releases there have been in just over 6 months. ios 7.1 my a$$, should be ios 7.4 now with all the bugs they've been patching.

Random reboot, wifi connectivity issues, battery drain (which happened on v6 and v6 - will they every learn?), apps freezing/crashing. These are not the characteristics of a stable OS.

The last ios update was over 127MB and how many new features did it have? If you really think ios is stable and smooth you've been duped.

Before you say I wouldn't be talking this way if I'd owned an iphone, you're wrong. I owned the original iphone, 3gs and 4s.

After the 4s I decided the value just isn't there for the price (after all, the iphone is now just another Chinese manufactured phone). I've bought phones from HTC and Sony since then and haven't looked back.

I'm an iPad2 user for 3 years, and hav seen lots of my friends with iPhone5..i use my iPad mainly to read PDFs, anonnates, and backing up with both goodreader and dropbox..use it also for mailing, browsing, multimedia, shopping, and other stuffs..it' has serve me very well and i love it..but not without quirks..like most people said..apple wants us to do things the way THEY SEE FIT, and there is no other way...i hate the way i have to sync to upload mp3s, videos, and images..we cant just select the one we wanna upload, but have to sync based on artist/album/genre, what THE HECK..images that's sync from PC can't be moved to other folder and I can figure out the reason apple wont/cant do it..and sending images more than 5 from an email is IMPOSSIBRUU, AGAIN WTH...so yes..while it's easy to use, solid and stable, iOS is simply never be truly yours..it's apples..and i'm tired dealing with it's limitation...so I just happened to need a new phone and choose Lenovo S820 with android 4.2..and my goosh..enlightenment...widgets are very very very useful, sending multiple attachment never been an issues, files could be managed the way we wanted, closing an apps that's still downloading or running is without a worry since we know it still running on the background, and i could just came back at it when it's finished..it's just so liberating, and I can set it in MY WAY TODO THINGS, not the phone company ways..and the price..about 250$ Only..the best bargain i could expect from a phone what works so well..

AnonD-238594, 14 Mar 2014No SD card needed. No custom roms needed. No customisation ... moreYou might IT experience but you sure don't have smartphone experience! I have owned 2 iPhones for 3 years but switched to the HTC One last year summer. I have no SD card, no custom ROM, all I have is a phone that works to my expectations and not just how Apple tells me how it should work. The phone is blazing fast at EVERYTHING. Comparing an iPhone 4 to a slow and outdated Sony one is giving you delusional outcomes. Try comparingan iiPhone 5S to a HTC One or a LG G2!

The truth of the matter is that the iOS is a stable and solid OS, simple to use and is 100% controlled to how Apple want you to use it. So basically, it's boring, you can only customise a wallpaper, you need a long route just to get your own ringtones and music, basically iTunes is the messiah for iphones. Now I can do EVERYTHING you can on your iPhone, with the speed or even more, plus I can do about another 100 things more like easy downloading and customisation to my expectations without rooting my phone.

If your happy with the iOS then fair play to you. But please don't compare an old Android to am iPhone and think the iOS is far superior. Believe me, Android is far smarter choice.

I have owned several phones including the S4, 4S and the HTC ONE and even if the Droid phones did lag at times it still didn't give me as much trouble as the iPhone gave when all I wanted was to download a new song! Apple gives a substandard hardware coupled with a very restrictive but smooth and simple OS and fool every1 into thinking they have the best devices! True that the droid community doesn't get all the updates but when we take into consideration that there are only about 8 phones in the world running iOS its a lot easier to push updates for Apple too....

Why is everyone fighting about which OS is better? If you think Android is better, that's ok, use Android. If you think iOS is better, that's ok, use iOS. Stop wasting your time arguing, and just enjoy your preferred OS as it is. (I think I've solved the internet :D)
