Anonymous, 14 Mar 20141 million out of billions of people in China is nothing really.I agree with you, 1m : 1b ratio is still to early to considered as a mark for Nokia to prep a mid and high end X Family.
I guess around 40m~50m sales would be a good sign for X2 and XL2, followed with mid and high end for next year.
For now, Nokia is focused on providing the updates, soon we might be rumning X OS with 4.2.2 or 4.3.1 Android Jelly Bean before the end of the year.

My prediction that the Nokia Mobile division will be spin-off very soon from Microsoft because it has conflict of interest with WP!
May be Nokia Finland will buy back this mobile division!

awkward moment when entry level Nokia Android phone can sell better(which I believe) than their high end Windows Phone... Hahaha. Then I think it's just a matter of time before we see some high end Android from Nokia

after the launch of wp8.1 the lumia sales will grow again. in the second half of the year tho. the first half belongs to this x series. wp8.1 will finaly be a complete os with the ability to download any videos and songs u want, with a file manager and notifications and many more features that the wp users have waited for a long time. and with that wp8.1 will come also many apps like bbm and opera mini and games like gt racing

Now if nokia had gone android sooner. They would not have been sold off to microsoft and we would not be suffering from apple and samsung's monopoly of the smartphone market.

it happend. so many people predicted this. nokia and android - that would be the dreamteam!
but MS killed nokia and bought them for 3 bananas. nokia could be the most sucessful techcompany in the world - but they went for WP. what a management they had! it was not a false descision - it was betrayal! shame on you...

AnonD-58835, 14 Mar 2014No. Lumia is dead now. Move to android urgent my friendI own several Android devices from cheap Chinese made tablet to S3. Guest what; Lumia 520 is my main phone, not even lag on 512MB RAM and already have free native Office apps, free offline GPS apps which means I could detach from internet whenever I want without need to pay third party software :P.
I bet you don't even own Windows Phone right? Your prediction based on speculation. the Lumia sales was increase in 2013 and going stronger in past 2 months.
