And if it performs like Note 3 or S4 camera wise than even the Lumia 1520 will have little advantage in only "certain" camera aspects.
And even though it looks the exact same as a Galaxy this grey color and the different speaker look nicer.

The back looks like a brushed aluminum look to it. Most probably plastic with faux brushed aluminum finish.
