Hey I tried to update it to 4.3 and in the middle of the update, it showed me an error and when I tried to turn on the phone, but the phone freezes after the SONY logo, please any help would be appreciated nolejd50@gmail.com

khwrwm, 08 May 2014App can't move to SD card can this be solvedHey, in xperia m u can move apps to sd card only when u root ur phone cos officially m doesn't support it Though Samsung phones with 4.2 supports moving to sd, Sony didn't provide this feature for us. May be the reason is Sony want to encourage us to root our phone and get it damaged soon and make us buy a new mobile :-P

We didn't receive it because there are still few people in india who are yet to receive their 4.3 update.
I hope that we ll get the feature release 2 within a week.

Really nice to use the new jelly bean 4.3. The album and movies app are good compare to previous version. Improved camera app is really awesome. The burst mode is really good. Guy's the themes can be downloaded from Sony select. The display is changed to white and colourful icons in settings.

I downloaded the updates..but when installing,it showed the error "failed to update"reply what to do..and also phone shows that "new system update available"but when i connect ph to pc,pc companion shows ur ph is up to date ...any opinion ???

I got the 4.3 update for xperia M single sim,
Go to update centre and refresh it than u will get the update centre update, so update the update centre 1st than again refresh it u will get the 4.3 update.

I can see the update notification in my phone but cant update using pc companion pls help, I use a 2g connection and dont want to use this from my phone instead want to update using my broadband connection pls help,

I got 4.3 update. I have Sony Xperia M C1904 Single Sim. I'm from India. I bought the mobile on March 26 2014 and got an update only yesterday (i.e.07-05-2014). Connect to Wifi and go to Update Center, then refresh. Your Update Center will first update then you will receive the updates. Thank you. SixtyNine, 08 May 2014Man, It's May 8 now. still didn't get any updates.go to your update centre with 3g and u will receive automatically update of your update centre then u will recieve the 4.3 update

xyz, 07 May 2014I got the update today in eve in mp. But unfortunately ther... moredont worry my frens,,, sony has promised to support medium low end device and till now sony has..... for the bugs in 4.3 sony is rolling out 4.3 feature release 2 and also quick maintenance update which will hopefully rectify this bugs ( according to Australia Vodafone the above mentioned updates will start rolling out from 8th of may) so till then chill guys
