I tried 4 times, it always says update could not install. Is the update center apk from the trusted or third-party?

Hi guys ... I have updated the Update Center app, now OTA for android 4.3 is available. In Sony website, it has been clearly stated as follows ...
Note! In order to update your device wirelessly you’ll need the latest version of the Update Centre application. Go to the Update Centre > Updates tab and install the available update. Once the Update Centre application is updated, you’ll be able to update your device software wirelessly.

Im using xm c1904.
I updated my update center to latest version by downloading nd installing the apk file of it.
But still i didnt received the update...
whats wrong??

updated successfully here in India. everything seems fine. but sony's custom themes are not supported. much more ram and free space than previous version. but too many sony's bloatwares added.

hello guys i am an owner of xperia M c1904 from hyderabad(india) as per the below comments i tried updating my update center by downloading it.
UPDATE CENTER VERSION: 2.1.1.A.0.8

Although i updated update center, I couldnt find 4.3 update... So i'm gonna wait until it appears.
In the meanwhile, if any of you are fortunate enough to get the update of 4.3 after updating update center, feel free to comment.

I updated the update center using .apk file and downloaded the 367mb file...but when tried to install, it said could not install

This post is for those guys who are fed up of waiting for the 4.3 update of sony Xperia m.. I have updated my device successfuly yesterday, so im gonna tell all of u how to do it... From my knowledge the update is not showing on pcc so dont even bother... Try this update ur update center to version 2.1 and as soon as u have updated their will be a notification waiting for u for the 4.3 update.... The size of the update is 367 mb and it will take 30 to 40 minutes for the update to install in ur phone after u have downloaded the update..

Dats d same prob I am gettin vivek, I got notification in system tray of update centre, but not on PCC, had a word wit customer care dey told to re install PCC if not unstall updated update centre n wait for 2 more days for automatic update

Hi guys I am from India. I've update my update center in c1904 (single sim) and now I got the notification of OTA update, but the pcc is showing 4.1.2 is still the latest version. anyways updating my phone via OTA. its nearly more 350 mb of update. Try updating update center.
