I think software's far more a factor for choosing BB than hardware specs.

I've just read some news, saying that the Q20 is aiming for first quarter of next year.

      http://techcrunch.com/2014/03/28/blackberrys-device-plans-include-global-z3-rollout-return-of-the-bold-and-q20-in-q1/

      That's.. way too long.

Hawhawhaw...how the mighty have fallen. Serves them right. Those damn touch phones were waaaaaay too expensive...for mediocre hardware when compared to current Android offerings.

Going to be keeping everyone waiting another 4 months?

AnonD-108623, 02 Apr 2014lets face it, blackberry proven to be worst company ever, t... moreWell, funny you should mention LG there, who are in red for their phone division, and Sony only just breaking even. Sony will make small profit in the coming quarters though, but LG will not, neither will HTC or Motorola.

The cold hard truth is that Samsung is the only profitable of the tier one Android makers. Theres no room for BB or Nokia there. Anyway, BB10 is a much better OS than android, im using a Z10 now and its a great phone. I think i will stay with BB from now on, but if they still had their old OS i would never ever even consider it, BB10 is a modern and highly efficient OS. Try it for 2 days and see that Android isnt all that you think it is, and i think you dont even know that BB10 supports around 80% of all android apps, and that it is easier to sideload on a BB than on a native Android phone, and that you can install directly from Amazon og Google Play if you like?

No need to answer that, now you know, next time try to know what you are talking about, makes you feel less like a failure.

lets face it, blackberry proven to be worst company ever, they had everything, they just let them self fall.

they used to have best business solution... they could have kept their OS and start making their solutions to run on android phone made by them. they had a big chance to dominate and being best android phone maker.. but no.. their naive approach (same as nokia) led them to fall.

that what all successful companies did, sammy,lg,sony..
                    adapt change.. don't resist it.

Its fine BB. The majority of phone users will not even notice your complete downfall. So just slowly disappear from the business.

Kinda irritating even during their hay days when they commanded 35% of worldwide smartphone sales, they didn't even have a decent distributor or service centre in Singapore. What's worse was every freaking model launched like the BB9800 did not even have a leather pouch and spare battery to buy. Nobody sells any of its accessories.

I wouldn't be bothered to buy anymore BlackBerrys. They are crap compared ro Android or iOS.
The web browser of my BB9900 and previously 9790 took eons to load a simple Yahoo or Google page. The maps sucks too. Why bother buying crap when Android is superbly faster and more intuitive than the aged BB OS. I even had all my close frens use Viber or Whatsapp instead of BBM. Now I'm free of crap from BB. No need to fork out extra subscription fees for BB Service.

Both of you should sit and read something about the enormous appetite of the mobile operators, which are raping virtually the producers and mobile makers with lots of taxes ... not to mention that they have a profit, multiple times bigger than any producer.
