To all who think that the wold doesn't spin without 1gig of ram...it does and very well may I say thanks to the fluid OS WP. Not every one plays heavy graphical games and still use a phone as a phone... I've got news for you, the perfect phone does not exist, not even in higher prize baskets. Enjoy.

Dumb how the 525 has 1GB RAM but the new 630 and 635 only has 512MB RAM.

The 525 succeeded the 520 with twice the amount of RAM. The 630/635, on the other hand, succeed the 620 with the same, paltry 512 MB of RAM. Not a bright move, MS.

Great job nokia, eagerly waiting for it. I dnt need secondary cam, just hoping for 1gb ram.. But thats not a big deal. Wp8.1 luking awesome

Dont think 630 and 635 will have 512mb ram i think gsmarena misunderstund. I own a lumia 520 and want to upgrade but if these phones dont have 1gb ram and camera flash they are not worth
