Hey Microsoft, a suggestion! You can via your developpers to build an update for wp8 to give user choice to select between 2 profile, enterprise which restrain access to all potential vulnerability existing to date and one profile user-customisable which can give users the total freedom to customize owned phone giving of course acces to phone resources. In user-custom profile via sdk you can give necessary resouces to developpers to build file managers and various app able to acces hardware, via os virtual extended drivers, like sensors, batery, storage and so on!

[deleted post]Well that was then, now Sony doesn't provide any file managers. My Z1 Compact has none, my brother's Z Ultra hasn't, friend's Z1 none and my aunt's T none as well. So I guess they took it away in the never generations.
