And they will make great phones with this SOC but ofc with retarded screen resolutions (hint qHD) wich will drain all the battery playing even a mediocre game, or just by beeing on.

Muthu, 08 Apr 2014well, I don't understand why he is wrong. A7 dual core 1.3G... moreCome on, that is not true. The Snapdragon 800/801 performs significantly better in GPU performance and beats the A7 in multi-core performance. You can't improve performance on iOS devices. Using performance governors and raising clock speeds further widens that gap, especially on vanilla builds. The A7 does cream all other chips in single-core performance though.

Anonymous, 08 Apr 2014LOL! That is so wrong.well, I don't understand why he is wrong. A7 dual core 1.3GHz 64 bit processor used in iphone 5s is as good as Snapdragon 800 Quadcore chipset with 2.3GHz processors in the benchmarks. This was mentioned in multiple reviews in gsmarena. why so many people commenting here are ignorant of that fact?

iphone came early with 64-bit cpu, just for the show of it. Nothing else. Android, moving much faster on software, will probably utilize 64-bit CPU much faster, as well as introducing 4GB RAM.

actually 64 bit supported android came a long time ago. There were PC compatible 64 bit android since the days of ICS. SO non intel wont be needing to buy 64 bit license from intel, truthfully intel cannot claim to license it
