The simple answer is no. There is no enforcement of quality and standard. Everything is in a mess.
Once android Notification dismissed, and you have no idea whether something is updated or not.
On iOS everything is there on demand. On music playback, the music playback controls appear in lock screen. App send notification, seen immediately. swipe and you launch app automatically. Everything simple fast efficient. Cant say that for android shit launcher.

I don't follow/like the trends, I like what is really the better! And a flat icons/Apps is a throwback In technology! The future of icons/Apps must be 3D and interactive, etc! And surly not flat!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apple did not INTRODUCE flat UI design, windowns phone metro UI and android ICS made Apple to redesign their UI paradigm.

No plz no. 5.5 is too much. just make it a Galaxy Grand 2 size display i.e 5.25 inches and add other features to the phone. My suggestions would water and dust proofing, physical camera shutter, improved OIS, snapdragon 805 ( at least), and that wonderful self healing back of LG G Flex. that is big plus for me. and plz plz don't forget to give us expandable storage this time. Also plz give us an option to download apps and games on sd card. these are my humble and possibly best requests.

I... moreiOS launcher works right out of the box, shows all notification number / date / time / battery / status / network strength, ALL in one screen without swiping. Plus the smooth animation, placing it top of all launchers. Not even custom iOS launcher for android comes any closer to the REAL thing. Making it the king of launchers.
WP8 launcher works the same .. with additional work of having swipe downwards for more info.. and too much space is wasted in tiles, just its decent.
As for android launcher, to do anything .. u have to tweak for a entire day.. and no sooner after, u will need to tweak again to change.. information is duplicated everywhere... especially dumb when u need a time widget when time is already shown on the status-bar. All this hard work, and lack of information available on the main screen, makes this the worse of all launchers.. even if it does have the most types of launchers.

And by the way 5.2 LG screen with onscreen buttons is smaller than a 5.1 screen.
