I still wonder, why the f... people still buy Samsung?! If you want an Android phone there are HTC, Sony and some more brands, that make much better phones. A high-class Samsung is all plastic and costs almost as much as a new iPhone or Sony, why?!?

Let me quote you, of course they gained some share because they had new windows phones in the market, now they doesnt and they arwnt gaining any share, they are actually losing.

Also im not sure why you compare marketshares and specially in some random areas, it doesnt tell much. Apple still sells tens of millions iPhones more than every windows phone OEM combined. Of course its easy to gain marketshare if your numbers are small to start with, but like you see from my numbers, its getting lot harder for wp to gain anymore, because it now means they actually need to sell much more to gain share and like my numbers showed, they havent gained any share in europe last half year and not sure if the future going to be any brighter because nokia is going to stop selling windows phones.

Of course, a new flagship came out which boosted the market share. It's almost like you are showing me the tip of temporary success in short-run. Talking about long-run and current figures. Let me refresh your memory.

Have you read the reports where Windows Phone took over iPhone in many places inside Europe? I don't know what happened with WPCentral, otherwise I would have directed you to a hard evidence. By the way, these reports were from 2014, not half year old reports which you have shown....

        September 2013 europe marketshare

        WP 9.8%
        IOS 14.6%

        February 2014

        WP 9.7% huge Growth right?
        IOS 19% strugling? Right...

For me it looks very opposite to strugling, it actually shows that Apple doing great in Europe and windows phone is in big trouble gaining any share anymore.

People who want an Apple have only one or two models to choose from. So Apple selling 40 million iPhones is not as impresive as it sounds. imagine if another company also started selling iOS devices at half the price. Apple would take a nosedive pretty quickly.

Let me tell you how much Apple is struggling. Remember Europe? Where Apple has lost grounds to a amateur Windows Phone? Isn't that a shame for a manufacturer who is selling in millions of units but still loosing grounds? Let me tell you where does Apple sell most. Where? 'Murica - The land of freedom. Where you can see everyone with an iPhone and iPad. So, tell me, where does most of the sales figure comes from? I even have a link for you why it happens.
