desire 816 is very better than other midrange phablets. 816 defeat T2,grand 2 and stay in top. 816 has more price but it is better in cpu, better screen, sound, and sense 6.htc has less lag and delay in compare with other android phones.one of the best cost effect gadget.

Well the only right purchase I made was for the Lumia 925 which are gonna last for at least for 3 years confirmed by Microsoft. But on Android no way it's gonna last that long.

AnonD-71011, 21 Apr 2014Ok genius in Market pricing Who pays 50k for cellphone absolute nonsense on the pricing point of view. It's not economical at all after Apple all the companies are doing the same shitty stuff.

Seeing past HTC records i was expecting a 25000+ inr price tag. But 23K is definitely a sweet deal compared to Grand 2 which is currently selling at 20K something price tag. HTC 816 price will also go down in few weeks. IMHO, both of these handsets deserve a sub 20k price tag (grand 2 deserve below 18K)
HTC 816 is looking like a good choice compared to Grand 2 on the spec sheets but only a dedicated review will tell the overall quality of screen, camera, sound and build quality.
I hope HTC 816 camera turns out to be great. Grand 2 camera scores excellent marks in most reviews. (pixel count does not matter in most of the cases)

There is no need to scream expensive at everything!! No point being cheapskate. Just save patiently buy what is worth the value every 4yrs!

Else buy cheap china knockoffs waste even more time at service center..

Desire 816 has a better design than the M8 IMHO.

                                    I already have HTC one M8 32GB in 44000
