When motorola introduced these moto x and moto g was very high price. Only few people grab it. After many month past they lowered the price, still only few peple grab. Then lowered again and still few month before the people take it. On my opinion if motorola make there price correct in the first time they make boom.

I am a proud owner of MOTO G, its the best smart phone I have never seen till date below $350 price range.

Hope they will improve the camera quality and overcome the non-expandle memory concern in upcoming Mid range phone MOTO E.

At the same time expecting MOTO G+ soon with increased camera resolution & camera sensor, screen size(4.7'') and Battery capacity too.

Alaska, 23 Apr 2014Moto x is flagship contains 4 chips=quad core it's amazing ... moreMarketing at it's best, the SoC is not ground breaking it consists of 8960Pro SoC dual core 1.7ghz Krait 300 with the run of the mill 320 Adreno. The rest of the chips are co-processors. Marketing had you believe it was some sort of exotic "8 core system". Yeah many people fell for that one. The actual SoC is 8960Pro

There is nothing extraordinary there. Just pure marketing. So a mid range spec phone demanding flagship prices ain't going to work for the sales.

Seems to me that more Motorola Androids was sold than Nokias all Winphone fiasco phones.

I sell phones in the UK and the moto G is the best value for money phone, the thing is that people are weary of Motorola, its not a big name here. All changing tho..

I Love the moto g , its great value , performant and extremely well build and durable and i currently using it as my main device , but unforetuneatly nothing will be able to compare to the OnePlus One , for only 270 you get something that blows the galaxy s5/iphone 5s and any other competitors out of the water , if any company wants to survive the low cost android market they're going to have to compete with the oneplus , which might be a problem

They could have sold a lot of Moto X too if they weren't such big A-holes charging flagship prices for a mid-range phone. Here's hoping they learned something with the Moto G
