Samsung says only a few Galaxy S5 cameras are defective

The company didn't give an exact number but has taken steps to prevent the issue in new devices.

On another note I am thankful to be busy and actually have a life, since that clearly isn't the case here.

Forgive me but all i know about HTC is their "One" design a few years back. That was "the" design that saved HTC. Today they are still using that design hoping to make it... To tell you; I was a stonch fan of samsung but I'm no longer because of such.

          This is something which really bothers me. When people like you which loves to say "who copied who's ideas". when will you actually grow out of that little hole?           If you HAVE to say Apple copied others. What about the Gold S4 RIGHT after the Iphone 5S Gold? what about the finger print sensor on the S5 right after Iphone 5S? I am not saying Apple is the first for gold phones nor fingerprint sensors. My point is that everyone copies everyone and everyone relies on everyone.

          Copy? this is why Samsung is paying Apple in court for copying. Don't talk trash here when there is a complete justice system to take care of patents.

          and your topic of "reliance of others in hardware". If Apple wanted to, do you really think they CANNOT make something from scratch? it's all about the market, the costs etc..

          and please don't say Samsung has had this and that software and how they are working on something that is out of this world. The current situation is that they DO NOT use them. So deal with it, don't tell me
          about Samsung's software in 2050 ok? I know you love your Sammy but please don't make it too obvious that you are a slave of it. Grow up already and for once THINK before you try to talk to me again. for the love of God.

Apple's march 2013 iphone 5 models have the power key problem which they are fixing in may 2014 and samsung does get updated and they give out firmware updates so noob dont create an argument when there is none. These companies arent supposed to hold toilet papers to your behind waiting for you to report a bug and they will wave a magic wand to wipe your crap. They do get work done. They need to verify it to get to the source and do a lot more than you can imagine. And im not a fanboy. Im a hater. I hate noobs who think the world revolves around them.

                But you just completely tried to negate their very factual and logical statement.
                You design something that is completely perfect. And make sure that 20-100 million of them get out and are all COMPLETELY FREE of defects 100%....It does not work like that at all....

                This is called...reality.....

                And I hope what you said at the end was not to imply to switch to HTC because this does not happen or at least not as much with them...I have never seen more consistent hardware defects, failures, and issues as HTC ...It's outrageous. Though I think they are finally improving.

                      And without other people to copy and steal ideas from Apple would not have the system they have today. And they are in COMPLETE reliance on others for hardware.

                      And factually Samsung has had their own software and what is the OS that is going to be released???? What is that? Tizen?? And who is making that????

                      How is it that so many people can have such little common sense at all??????

So a simple bug update will sort that out because it is an issue with the rom and not the actual module. Once an update is available it will be fixed, stop trying to troll and get an argument where there is none. The company have said there is a problem they have not said current customers are screwed, andnif you trying to pit apple vs the rest of the world that is a bad idea because there are tons of fails apple have not done as well so move on....
