As apple is launching 2 phones with different sizes, so the iPhone with 5.5inch screen will be their premium phone and will contain dual flash & mostly sapphire crystal on display whereas 4.7 inch model will be budget iPhone with less features
We can see this same pattern in galaxy phones also, note series phones gets more feature than S series phones
