Its the best phone I've had. Decent battery (and I use it a lot), decent camera (for day use only), beautiful display, the ONLY flaw it has: It gets scratched VERY easily!!! Im very careful with my gadgets and I hate any minor scratch but Im suffering a lot keeping this phablet in good conditions; the glass has a fabric-instaled protector that is not very good quality and gets easily scratched! I asked and its almost impossible to change the fabric protector and if you are lucky enough to take it out, it goes along with the SONY logo! =( (sorry for my bad english, I write from México)

mrJ, 05 May 2014Yes, out with haters! Go elsewhere to complain, SONY rules!!!I just had a look at this phone and must say I prefer the xPeria Z1

Just an observation this is a flagship phone and NOt to have a flash is dire

(even with nothing to see I can capture a photo in pitch black because of a flash)

Second the original Galaxy tab was 7 inches this is 6.4 inches.
5 inches in my opinion is pushing it for a phone and to create another word phablet kinda defeat the object

its size and weight is just too big and going back to my firts point, it has an 8Mp camera not 3.2MP camera PLUS Flash when it sports those features.

    Z1 Sony got it right

The battery life on the Z Ultra is just fine, don't listen to the trolls. I usually have 50-70% left over at the end of the day, and I have NO battery-saving methods turned on. Wifi, etc always on, brightness turned up to max, etc. I don't watch Youtube all day, but I am on the heavy side of moderate usage (2.5-3 hours of screen time per day usually).

AnonD-209094, 05 May 2014Read my post again, im asking for the all-in-one device tha... more1520 has a decent battery life, but no where near 3 times that of the Z Ultra, more like 50 % better in some areas which is to be expected with a smaller screen and more basic OS.

T2 Ultra is a mid range device, and therefore not really comparable (s400, Adreno 305 and 1GB helps it not crave for battery power).

AnonD-209094, 05 May 2014Read my post again, im asking for the all-in-one device tha... moreAnd im telling you are too picky.

Secondly havent seen 1520 yet to last "3 times more than Ultra". It is All-in-one device, you get features, which on other brands are only, when combining phones. All-in-one does not mean, everything is the best in the universe.

Battery is decent, waterproof, awsome looking design, enough camera to make traffic accident pics and kick ass media/internet browsing device - good allrounder.

And for me the cameras "poor quality" is as important as dancing strawberries on a hot day in Sahara desert - wouldnt even complain if Sony chose to ditch camera all together.

AnonD-239468, 05 May 2014spam detected from a BB fanboy stuck in glorious 2005 yearsOh the level of knowledge... You are the sharpest tool in the shed arent you, when all the other tools are on vacation that is.

BB10 is a brand new OS and has nothing to do with the old BB, which i am not at all interested in and never have been. If you dont know that much you should refrain from posting, its only hairballs coming out of you anyway fanboy. when you had as many high end Androids as me you can come back, im not interested in opinions from inexperienced kids who doesnt even know the difference between BB7 and BB10, whom never used any of them and hate iOS without having used it ever as well.

Get a life, smartphones isnt for you.

AnonD-242234, 04 May 2014Fed up of Battery?? get a Z30..Using a Z10, not great battery but not terrible also. Z30 display is not to my liking, Z10 much clearer, and its size is more to my liking. But i know, for great battery in a great phone Z30 is the ultimate device, plus BB10 is by far the best OS on the market.

Battery life good for the size is a lie, even Lumia 1520 lasts 3 times longer, and the T2 Ultra is 6 inch and is said to have the best batterylife in a phablet ever, at only "3000" mah.
