Apple has destroyed Samsung in customer satisfaction (a much more important aspect to us customers rather than market share) in it's own home turf.

They should've not bought the released Galaxy S5 & waited basing their decision amidst speculation, rumors, conjecture & statement plainly citing:
"Samsung CEO JK Shin has denied the existence of any metal Galaxy S5 or Galaxy F smartphone. He said there was “no such thing” as a premium build Galaxy S5 and any article that suggested otherwise “is wrong”.
Fact is they were duped, as usual, by a company who continues to prey on consumers. Samsung is so very mixed up. A true walking identity crisis.
You're a good consumer though. Just tow that company line.

Actually I was disappointed with the big-bezel-golf-ball-back S5 anyways, so I welcome a new model. Hopefully they'll get it right next time.

You make it sound like people had to struggle to scape up the cash to buy the s5. Flagships, like flagships of anything (cars,etc...) are always aimed at the higher income individuals. They're generally the best the company has to offer, and they're priced accordingly, that's why they're called flagships. If you're living beyond your means and spending a months salary to buy a S5 then that's your own doing, or un-doing, or whatever.
Samsung did the same thing with the S4; how many people here know about the snapdragon 800 S4? (i9506, look it up)

**2 = dual sim version
**5 = lte / north american version
what is **6 code.
i barely see it in Samsung products.

To the people saying samsung cheated s5 users. They should have know of the galaxy f long before the s5 launch with all of the rumors and samsung's own words and pipeline goals about screen resolution (next year there should be a 4k galaxy). Its just a matter of knowing what you want and waiting for it. For me all I wanted was the QHD screen nothing more nothing less no metal body or redesign but if those happen fine. Also its a huge red flag when a company releases a new flagship with lower specs than its previous one.

Samsung has to keep update its devices..it's the only solution of the company's continuous spamming of smartphones. They has to start to think about it..anyway i hope gs5 mini will pack a snapdragon 800. it would be a balanced device!
