Samsung's bloaty touchwiz causes issues, not kitkat which is optimised for low end devices.

Motorolla And that is why as it is low cost, several features are removed and thus can run normally. Have S3, there are many resources and it generates the loss of memory for running such resources / applications which causes constant crashes. This happened to me when I was the S2 Advance, also called Lite, was running Android 2.3 Gingerbread and came an update to 4.1.2 JB, results because this device has only 768 MB of RAM (556 net) the unit fought constantly , has reached the point that I could not stand and I sold and bought the S4, precisely because aprentar 2 GB Ram (1.86 net). So far had no problems with it, is an exceptional smartphone. You can not compare smart top, with many applications and features with a smart low cost, which only comes with the very basics!

the galaxy s3(I'm a dissaponted owner) has an old chipset Exynos and this is the main reason samsung didn't relase 4.4, it can be ported like in costum roms, but it is hard with those not worthy sam-apps and the worthy touchwiz.
They could port it by trying more but the didn't, Bye Bye sammy, not with you again!!

Look at the spec, compare it with Galaxy S3 I9300; and samsung said they can't get the S3 andorid 4.4 aka Kitkat because of the hardware limitation of galaxy S3. Obviously such a nonsense.

According to google for kitkatr 2gb RAM is required then how can motorola succeeded for kitkate
