Number_Se7en, 25 May 2014I bought one and it literally smoked ALL MY PREVIOUS PHONES... moreYour right on bro! I have had every phone on sprint besides the G3 and I can't give up the flex!! The resolution down talk is way overrated! The new coloring tech they used on the flex screen has it barley under the note 3 or S5! I've compared them all and none besides the G3 make a huge difference! The customisation of LG is second to none! Watching netflix or 4K video capture is insane awesome on the Flex!! The IR blaster on the back of the phone is right where it should be on all phones! Man, if this phone had front speakers on it, it would be perfect! Don't get me wrong the speaker on the back of the flex smokes the S5 and note 3! Knock on and knock code are game changers! I'm extremely excited about the Flex 2!

The phone... moreI bought one and it literally smoked ALL MY PREVIOUS PHONES (including the Note 3 and S4 as well as HTC One and IPhone 5s, speed wise, performance wise, and battery wise. Sure, the display wasn't the greatest, but the UI and performance is what I want and look for from my phone. Not some over priced, flashy, under performing cell phone. I'm glad that I'll be able to update my G Flex to a G3 this year, then again to the G Flex 2 next year.

LG's 6" phone will b... moreYou're right. Matter of fact, I put my LG G Pro (2013) beside the Apple 5s, the HTC One, Samsung S4, Apple 5c last year. The larger, brilliant display of the HTC way overshadowed the Apples. No contest. Apple was "Out Retinad " by all the Androids Apple's 326ppi was an epic failure vs the mighty Androids. LoL.
But it was the 5.5inch. 401ppi. But slim LG G Pro with It's Brilliant display that I compelled me to buy on the spot!!! I told the phone store's manager they did LG And the store a disservice, by not showcasing the G Pro. And 13 months later I'd say the same. It's fast. Brilliant display. Not too large, ala Samsung Note series. And the display? At more turn it down full stop, And still read print.
I'll upgrade, sure. But I might still keep the first REAL smartphone that I run my businesses from. ... And my personal life too.....

Dont compare with sony phones ..
LG's 6" phone will be same size of sony's 5.2"
5-6" phones are very common these days, use it for a month , u wont be able to use a 4.3" screen after that

We want phone not a phablet, Please limit the size by maximum of 5 inches. Yes the specs is great but can't able to operate in one hand specially texting and browsing operation and cannot put on my pocket, and all I can,t answer my call because its so big is like abnormal persons that put the big phone to my face.

Plus an increase of resolution is welcome, infact needed, since the 810 SoC sports a greatly improved GPU, would be wasteful if it's not a 1080p screen.

The resolution isn't even the main problem, it's the uneven lighting that you and a couple others covered in the reviews. I saw it in person and it's horrible.
