remember has a "CURVE" back thus only the CENTER is THICKEST part measured around 9.3mm
still its sexy and thin phone.
two sides is just around 6mm to 7mm thick.
HTC M8 and Xperia Z1, Z2 are still bigger than G3

Um, there was already a FCC filing of the ATT variant that had the height and width listed as 146.3mm (height) and 74.6mm (width) for the G3. While I'd love to say that GSM Arena has it right, I think the guesstimates are off. If you convert the SGP case to millimeters, the numbers match better with the FCC filing (for height and width) than GSM Arena's listing: 150mm X 79mm X 13mm

I don't know how the hell did they come up with those calculations of 141.8 x 73 x 9.3 mm from the Spigen case leak. Knowing the dimensions of the leaked case (a Spigen Slim Armor for G3) of 15 x 7.9 x 1.3 cm, knowing the dimensions of the same model for Galaxy S5 (14.6 x 7.7 x 1.1 cm), and assuming that they add the same to both devices because they should be the same thickness and everything, the obvious conclusion would be that LG G3 is 4mm taller, 2mm wider and 2mm thicker than Galaxy S5, not that both are the same size...
So that Spigen case leak would point to final G3 dimensions of 146 x 74.5 x 10.1 mm, not the mentioned 141.8 x 73 x 9.3 (that I don't really know where they come from). That would be more or less consistent with the FCC leak posted by

It does indeed look amazing - just the thickness is slightly disappointing. You'd expect it to go down and in worst case remain same or very similar.

Basically, it's about same size as S5 in 5.5" screen. I never been LG fan, but I gotta give them credit for amazing design. Awesome job LG.

Why the Zebra look? Seems unbalanced. Don't like the round design either. Also phones is getting ridiculously big.
Anyway, it's the inside that counts the most.
If the camera beats S5, both in daytime and in low light, and the audio trough headsets is flawless, its mine!

A bit upset at the increase in size. My G2 is wide enough already thanks. I don't get why they would increase the size when they already have the pro 2 and they made such a marketing push that the G2 was the perfect width due to their research. I wanted bigger when I got the G2, but I didn't want a phablet. I left Apple cause the screen was too small, now I might have to leave LG because its too big. The G2 was in the middle.

The design already looks so cheap and the phone isisnt even out yet. LG focus on specs which i love, but the design is garbage. The G2 looked like the first galaxy 1 phone released.
