What a greedy and coward company. If they can't win people's heart to buy their products, then they just have to do better with their products to compete! geez, i'm no fan of apple nor samsung and i'm getting an iphone soon. But still it irritates me everytime there's a news about apple suing samsung. Just get it over with man, offer us great tab and phones so we would buy your products! not buy trying to eliminate competitors and monopolize the market! as customers we need options man!

This is how Apple tries to beat the competition (by suing them) .
Even to sue they have to put the newest flagships into picture.
Suing for older devices seems like suing for the sake of it.

Apple is Over its Head.
Not Only Does the Company Rob customers with Overpriced Products and Service. It Can't stop itself from Robbing Other Companies Money either.
Shame on Apple, It wont take forever for customers to realise Apple's True intentions, And they will turn their backs on the company, Apple will Rot to insignificance in not a long time from here!

As 3.5 screen for iph4 than iph 4s and then they increase 4 inc...now they have to go ahead with larger screen with only 4.7 ( not like samsung 5 or 5.1, 5.4 n all that).

Easy:
When a company turns stronger and better than the last "stronger", this "last stronger" tries to keep your level. Normally when you are not so good, you try to do it better. But as Apple (that I don't like) can't rise, Apple tries to take down the others...

I know many will be angry , but plz dont be , i just want to say my opinion. I have used iPhone 3 and 4 and Samsung galaxy 3 and 4 currently using HTC one m8. I can't understand why people by Samsung's, so many bugs and lags ,many of my friends is complaining. At least iPhone works but I hate ios , that's more a personal thing. HTC and sense is very good for business and pleasure peace.

Yet another reason not to buy Apple products.
The only irreparable harm caused, is what Apple does to Samsung and itself.
Actually, if American patent and justice organs, agree to Apple demands, it's a reason not to buy American products at all (even if they are made in Asia).

AnonD-267248, 25 May 2014Apple can't get over anythingApple wont get over it because samsung or copy cats and wont admit to it, think from a business perspective if a consumer feels samsung is giving the same service as iphone they will be more than happy to transfer business between each manufacturer every 2 years of a standard contract, thats 2 years loss to a company, thats irrepairable damage and why i will never have a samsung device but saying that i haven't owned a apple device yet and may not for another few years yet.

I am not ignorant ... moreSamsung started their smartphones by copying iPhones, in fact now iPhone is trying hard to copy samsung functionalities and Samsung is way ahead of iPhone, another example of copy is now iPhone will increase the screen size to match samsung. Keep in mind I am using iPhone since first mode and I am not against iPhone but what I am saying here is a fact the iPhone is trying to match samsung!
