Videos and photos always can use full screen as well. If devs really fell you need the whole screen, they can do it.
With hard buttons, they can't be rotated with the screen.

A 5,5 inches with onscreen buttons = roughly 5,2 inches real estate..so nothing to be proud !
And those stupid buttons on the back + childish build quality.
LG phones are nice only on the photos and commercial videos..it's a different story in real life.

I have been following ''G3'' leaks for a while now and i think LG is hiding something. 3000mah battery, Snapdragon 801, 13mp camera and relatively big bezels seem a bit outdated (especially when they don't have any other flagship till next year).LG is hiding something & that is Snapdragon 805, 16mp camera, 3400-3600mah battery and similar dimension to G2

Waterproofing is not intended for taking calls in the shower.

too bad its not water or dust proof even.. i think that was a huge mistake for nothing giving it an IP class rating compared to galaxy s5 and z2.. people today seems to want have water proof phones.. this one for the price should have had that.. big fail lg...

Until now I haven't gotten the Z2 since I am eagerly waiting for the G3 as well. I hope it sets the bar to a new standard! I want a QHD phone! I really hope the G3 is for me. :)

I like the way LG think, and hopefully other OEMs can rethink too. TBH, most of big phone nowadays really waste a lot of space. I got a Z1s( T-mobile exclusive version of the Z1) and this phone is bigger than all of the 5' screen phones out there. It just make peoples think why can't OEM just make a phone with bigger screen but not bigger phone size.
