Anonymous, 07 Apr 2009You should go with the Touch Pro 2, the Wing II sounds like... morethey still sell the wing because its one of the top rated phones out according to consumer reports. it is ridiculous that it is still 350 dollars without an upgrade though.

      ACE, 06 Apr 2009Looking foreward to some of these. prolly get rid of my beh... moreYou should go with the Touch Pro 2, the Wing II sounds like such a crappy name. The T-mobile Wing was a piece of cheese to begin with. It trips me out how they still promote a phone from 2006 like its brand new. We should call it the Touch Pro 2 and just think of the Wing as a nightmare we should all forget.

        I think that cs8 is just c905 with 8gb memory. You remember, last month rumour about c905?

          8 --> 8 mpx cam
          5 --> 5 mpx cam (the cheaper version of cs8)

            Being an agent already trained on the features of the HTC Magic in anticipation of its release here in the UK, I can confirm that the HTC Magic (AKA the G2) is NOT going to be on T-Mobile, as it is a Vodafone exclusive device, at least at first, and is being released either late April or May. Vodafone, not T-Mobile.

                  Sony Ericsson fones are benchmarks themselves when it comes to single feature quality, but what they lack is a bit on their operating systems side..They use Java, whereas most of nokia fones come with symbian, though this makes Sony Ericsson fones faster, but feature wise they always have less features..
                  Second big problem is the screen size and screen resolution that Sony Ericsson fones offer compared to Nokia fones in the same price bracket..Fones even upto Rs.10,000 (Sony Ericsson) will have a resolution of sth like 176x228 with 256k colours, whereas Nokia has offers 240 x 320 even in a price bracket of around 6-7k and that too some models have 16 million colours..
                  I guess, 1 good thing for Sony can be is switching to Android OS..For the screen size and resolution they'll seriously have to look at it seriously, since the world is moving towards screens of the size of 3 to 3.5 inches with touch screens and this issue can hamper their sales to a large extent..
                  Otherwise Im totally a fan of their fones' music quality and build quality..I'v owned 2 sony ericsson fones in the past..

                    CS=Cybershot
                    8=8gb
                    *there was rumour before that the C905 would get a 8GB internal memory verison. Therefore CS8=Cybershot C905 8gb Edition

                        Ankit, 06 Apr 2009there phones are much better than Nokia in terms of looks. ... moreYeah mr smart guy, phones do NOT sell in terms of looks but functionality, the exception being the IPhone. Why else do you think Nokia has managed to stay on top, because the ease of use and functionality trumps Samsung and SE, in fact only Iphone is as user friendly as a Nokia. Gosh, guillable marks like you and the other guy I replied to really need to get thier facts straight before they assume fantasy fairlytales.

                                      They keep losing money each quarter - now the recession.
