Hoping to see 730 and 830. I have to say that 530 should have at least 1GB of RAM. I'm a bit disappointed about 630 and 635.

I actually think that, for once, this device is quite pointless. The 630 is practically the successor of the 520 judging by its spec sheet anyway, and I don't see what they are going to do to upgrade the 520 without making it too similar to the 630.
