the camera cannot even capture which is already in the preview. what is wrong with the developers. It must be simple fix.
The capture is too late. Screen shots of the preview is far better quality than the captured picture in case of brightness and blur.

surely wished fr better specs... but if sony tweeks d software well and ofcoarse d price factor...den its a huge sell for sony...i hope d M2 pricing is not repeated considering tht sony has indeed claimed it d thinnest phone in 5.3"

people said samsung use the same design but at lease they change something like bezel pattern back cover ....
but sony z z1 z2 z ultra..... look so the same the thing that different is screen size and thickness

I don't know why people are complaining so much. It's a midrange with great build quality and triluminus screen. It's great for normal costumer who want unique device but not spending on a flagship.

I would love to see a phone company produce a mobile phone based on design, specs, and durability.Not the slimmest fragile phone that needs a dog ugly cover or a rubber-gorilla like case.
- Sapphire crystal and flexible glass combination. 4000+ mAh battery (that last for day on constant gaming and networking for integrated functionality with third party devices)sub 6 inch screen. A thoughtful design that allows for it not to have a cover, to be dropped, submerged and last for the next 4 years. The i phone G3 and the Xperia and Xperia 2 almost got it right. It now feels like Sony is moving in the wrong direction. Less practical functionality, not as long lasting, thinner...

MaxSmarties, 03 Jun 2014How could be the Z1 disappointing ?It is indeed very disappointing cell phone, I still have it, and this is the last time I buy a phone cause of the megapixels of the camera.
Also the firmware is still buggy after 5 revisions
The only thing in its favor is the design and the waterproofing, after that is all downhill
