S4 has not been updated... when i go for software update it says ur software is up to date and my android version is 4.4.2

So it looks like having a nexus 5 means absolutely nothing then. Nexus 5 in UK not updated yet. Early reports from users that have flashed 4.4.3 say notification light bug not fixed and battery drain still an issue
So we have waited ages for what exactly? - A new color dialler - oh how thrilling - I am so jubilent (excuse the sarcasm). This doesn't bode well for when nexus line is replaced as already gpe is taking priority over nexus. - Nice way of getting people to try windows phone Google.

nothing yet for nexus 5 in india . it says that GPE should get it however there is nothing on Nexus 5 or nexus 10 either yet.

Guys, don't be stupid. ONLY Google Edition phones and maybe nexus phones have this update for now. So stop asking google for the update for your samsung or xperia phones when it's not google edition. It clearly states that it's only Google Edition for now. Go ask Samsung or Sony instead for the updates. They are the ones that hinder/delay it.
