GSMArena doesn't employ any Chinese speakers? I thought this website reached a global audience? Considering most cell phones come from China, it would make common sense to be familiar with Mandarin or Cantonese. Very disappointing for a stand-up website.

The press release doesn't mention any specifications regarding the phone. The mentions of octa-core and fingerprint scanners are just ZTE's description of the current specs race. It's basically saying rather than focus on specs, ZTE had instead relied on consumer feedback and made the Z7 more user-friendly. It promises a more usable phone as opposed to a specs "beast".
