In Australia, if you buy from ick Smith. When you buy a handset, you get $100 off if you sign with Optus for 1 month, which has min plan of $25. So its $75 off, with only catch being you have to remember to quit contract before the month is out and it auto renews. It was last month as well, and they finally realized it was being abused, so they are all hush-hush about it since last week so some stores don't have it, but if you explicitly ask for it you can get it or the name off a store still doing it.
