This is an excellent feature. It is heartening to know that along with this, Apple is leveling-up on security, while opening up to third party developers, and focusing on user privacy.

Android users in particular may find this appealing, given that this is almost opposite to Google, whose main purpose is gathering user data, ignoring privacy concerns, as well as weaknesses on the security front which is hampered by its lag in updates.

Apple has done a really amazing enhancements to iOS with this iOS 8.Well done,Apple. And don't call this feature a copy because if it's a copy so that google service which was similar to Game Center is a copy too.

well i dont think it matters whether apple stole the idea or not. which company or which mobile platform hasnt stolen any innovations or ideas. appla just became fed up after companies like samsung and google started stealing some of its ideas. i dont think it is right to flame at apple.

So, Apple "stole" something which was released only 4 month ago, which really did not work at all on many Android devices (I had tried it) and which will likely not work at all in Andrid OS 4.4.3.

                                    You know nothing about development....
