I phone's specificatios and functionalities are same like Samsung' mid range phone. Compare both s5 and 5s,and feel how the difference on first look just by screen and same icons on them.

It's a matter of preference. If I had to choose a phone based on "looks only," I'd go for iPhone 6. =)

Only if they had a better UI and collaboration of software and hardware, like HTC ONE, Nexus. In this case apple does its best, their software and hardware mutually give best result.

Dont you think should be already time to just admit that the Apple devices are great for lot of people and more and more people keep buying them in the future.
It looks like you are the brainwashed one here, can i ask why people just cant think iPhone is better choice for them than any other device? Last year i bought new phone and looked all the options and i couldnt even find any real alternative device for iPhone 5S, there wasnt phone in market which could compete what iPhone 5S offered.

Why would you need extra memory if you can buy 32GB or 64GB for phone. I know, it is very expensive if you want extra GB on your phone. This only advantage for android phones out there for me. I'm satisfy for my 16GB iPhone 5S and I still have 9GB available.

Been using my ip5 for almost 2 years with... moreWell I say as well iPhone camera is good, but to people who say 8mp is good no phone has optical zoom so to get good images of text written far away or to crop you need those extra pixels. And it will be flagship in 2014 so atleast it should be 13mp IMO.
