Apple only does not have low end phones, so yes, they do not have cheap phones.

FYI, earlier iPhones didn't even have Bluetooth which Nokia used to provide with Symbian S40 feature phones.
Even if you see today, iPad Air WiFi only version doesn't have a GPS receiver! How ridiculous it could be?
I don't hate apple, they make good products but they charge you silly money for what they offer. There's nothing ground-breaking with any apple product. It's just a prestige issue to have one.

Anonymous, 24 Jun 2014Who copies who? There was no smartphone before first iphone... moreBlackberry and Nokia had smartphones before Apple released iphone. Also Nokia released the 770 Internet tablet before Ipad, Samsung even had a windows xp tablet (I forget the name) before Ipad. Please check your facts before commenting.
Ps you could not really call the first iphone a smartphone, if it could not even do a simple task like mms, took as series of updates or 3rd party apps to sort that. Even feature phones could do that haha 😂

Apple always moves forward with what it believes is the best solution for users. However, nobody is perfect, and just like any other company, is forced to adjust when the market proves otherwise.
Also, this is no longer the Steve Jobs Apple, this is now the Tim Cook Apple. It has the spirit of Apple, but there are small variations, and we are seeing a new Apple that is more open, and more practical in its movement.

Android 4.4.4 is the most recent example. It addresses the OpenSSL bug that exposes users; however, most users will continue to remain exposed until OEMs and carriers allow users access to it, if they ever decide to do it in the first place.

Apple CEO Tim Cook has poked fun at Google for Android's fragmentation turning devices into a "toxic hellstew of vulnerabilities", but in a new report from Marble Security, the company contends that "neither iOS nor Android is inherently more secure than the other".

Just goes to show, if you want to hate on something, you'll always find something to complain about.
