Nokia X, X+ and XL will not be updated to X Platform 2.0

I have a problem with my Nokia XL phone updates. Every time I try to update it, the process is interrupted and it freezes. I then have to turn the phone off for it to work again.
Please, can anyone help me with this issue?

if nokia or microsoft doest want to give any services to x family then its not problem of customers they had think abt it before launch this family now customer want upadte and comlny must have to give them other wise upadte x family to lumia

Guys there's no way that a company like Nokia now owned by Microsoft would do something foolish like not releasing the latest software update for the other phones when it is available for a phone in the same family. The hardware specs of the X family phones if u look are capable enough to handle any OS which is available for a Computer if it had a hardrive or an SSD, so handling a small OS corresponding to Jelly bean 4.3 is like a walk in the park moreover except for the RAM rest of the specs related to handling the OS is similer. The difficulty will be in developing an update which can directly be downloaded and installed in the phone if it has a major change, but we always have the Nokia suite so it should not be a problem. If the X2 has the latest 2.0 version software it is because all usage patterns, info and feedback collected from previous X family users who would have been the real supporters of Nokia.

This is my last nokia phone. from now no more nokia or microsoft phones.I lost my respect over nokia or MS. They not cared the customers. Even a china phone can give a full version android and appstore. In nokia XL watsapp even don't have update.. Thanks nokia for treating your trusted customers as idiots.. We will think like that the money we purchased for nokiaXL is given to a rich begger. A rich begger...

My Nokia X2 can't be accessible in eclipse, I switched ON the usb Debugging but still can't run any app from eclipse. Please help me how to solve this issue? I searched alot but fruitless?

the nokia xl is best ever dirty ,rubbish ,and nonsence phone in the world ,,because i brought a nokia xl on 7 july 2014,but the battery is nt charging,so i went to nokia service center and gave my mobile to the service after only one weak wat i brought my mobile ,two times they sent my mobile to channai head office for the repair ,but till now the problem was not solved ,this time also they sent to channai for service ,,i hope this time they will give new handset on warrenty to mw ,,,those who are reading this msg ,pls dont bye the bloody nokia xl ,bye
