Guys samsung galaxy grand neo contains 1 gb ram but it not capable to upgrade it samsung and also xda developers had tried to upgrade into kitkat but unfortunately call not working means mic and speaker not working in call and also sim contains error so that s way samsung galaxy grand neo had no update but their some unoffical rom are cm 11 but sound not work some time bluethoot not working hope samsung can make marshmallow update in next generation
