It's not that hard XDA gives you dummy step-by-step instructions. But oh well...Some people just buy Androids to use them exactly like WP or iOS (BTW most of those guys are the ones bashing the other OSes which are great too).

I have an S4 Mini Dous and I'm still on Jellybean 4.2.tis frustrating to see the single Sim, LTE and black edition get officially updated and I am left out :(

In 2013 Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (sm-t210) came with Android 4.1.2 . Now 2014 02.07 July, and it has still Android 4.1.2 . No more Samsung. Thanks...

Nexus 4 is tittering on the 18 month mark. I highly doubt you'll get Android L.

I have a Nexus 4 and i'm still getting updates, just last week i got KK 4.4.4 :)

In 2013 Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (sm-t210) came with Android 4.1.2 . Now 2014 02.07 July, and it has still Android 4.1.2 . No more Samsung. Thanks...

For all the people bitching about not getting the kitkat update on their S3, most OEMs only support a device with updates for about 18 months. The S3 is over 2 years old. The Galaxy Nexus never got Kitkat because it 2 and half years old now.
Basically, grow up, stop moaning and if you want Kitkat, go and buy a more up to date handset.
