The results are as expected. LG deserves better though for making brilliant devices. Apple has to do something about compatibility with other platforms. If you buy an Apple product your stuck in their own ecosystem.

The more interesting thing here is that only 70% of USA have smartphones??? That places them miles behind northwestern Europe, especially the Nordic countries, in smartphone penetration, and equally far behind Korea and Japan.

Its dirt cheap to own Androids. China build tons of those dirt cheap phones. Its no surprise a person can own 4 or 5 android phones/set top box.
So not really impressed in terms of OS adoption.
When people demand quality without the hassle, they have no other choice, other then pick iPhones/iPads.

I have a Galaxy, but operating an Android is still like a science project. I can hand my mom an iPad & she can figure it out. With Android there will always be a glitch or you'll accidentally drag an icon, or a widget doesn't refresh, or when you upgrade an app it disappears from your screen. I know what to do when this happens, but most don't and, more importantly, THEY DON'T WANNA HAVE TO KNOW. Apple's cloud is superior. iTunes is better synced than G music. Android does more, but it's just a convoluted mess with upgrades every hour.
