will they fix the app resume? mine took 4-5 seconds resuming skype, opening message took 1-2 seconds, and its annoying. wp maybe smooth, but its not fast. ios is still the fastest os out there

It's to late. i don't like this. after two month 8.1 was coming, but after two weeks. other software android and IOS was coming very fast than windows.

I am using 8.1 DP on 1020. Still waiting for cyan update because after installing 8.1 DP my auto-fix edit makes my photos little bit distorted.
