I just saw z2 as the latest hot model and now Sony is releasing z3?!! Wtf sony.. why u wanna spam the market? My Z trade in price is already on the bottom line since z2 and now another z3?? Seems like Sony love spamming the market with same design. And sony fans will say gud no matter what. And when same thing happen to Samsung, they bash around and call them Spamsung.. and noe what?? Sony = Spammy?

If this is true, Sony doesnt want to delay technology. The twice a year highend phone release is a subtle way to show that THESE companies are delaying the technology for US consumers. look at apple, after 1 year, iphones just make a subtle face lift to their phone.
however, it does not mean that you have to buy a phone twice a year. you may skip generations before buying the next iteration.

From the looks, Z3 compact will be:
- Snapdragon 805 or 801 (actually doesn't matter), if 805 then more memory (coz 801 supports up to 2 gigs);
- Memory will be 3 or 2 gigs, depends on processor;
- Screen will be 4.5 inch 1280x720 most definitely, and that's the biggest difference with Z1 compact;
- everything else is the same as Z1 compact, but I hope for bigger battery actually :)
For Z1 compact users, there won't be any point in changing phone, for others, it is good to consider :)

It would need a 64 bit cpu/SoC and 64 bit os to address that much of ram as far as I know. At least this is the case with PC and Windows (maybe addressing method in android is different?).
