AnonD-209094, 10 Jul 2014iPhone 5s is the best selling phone in EU and 5c is number ... moreWell, I don't what's going in the rest of the Europe, but I know that in Romania the most selled phones are Allview, Samsung, Motorola and Nokia, while most selled tablets are Lenovo, Allview and Asus. Apple has also good IPad sells, can't say same thing about Iphones, they're quite expensive here. Also Windows Phone is growing here.

Should they be allowed to get away with crimes just because you like them? I think this is good, crappy phones with stolen antennas should be stopped, and theres even a ruling for recalling sold phones, wow, thats a nice lesson for slow learners, they knew it was infringing with Moto X and still they used the same antenna tech in Moto G, thats really no accident but clearly done with a criminal intent. Unfortunately the innocent Lenovo could be the ones to pay for Googles patent theft here.

German courts rarely favours moto. Not the first time they ban their products. How about S5, did it also come with the LDS antenna it was rumored to have?
