Amazon Japan lists the iPhone 6, confirms dimensions, availability

The listing confirms yet again that the upcoming Apple iPhone 6 will feature a 4.7-inch display.

i think everyone has their own criteria regarding on what phone suits for them. every phone have their pros and cons which means theres no perfect smartphone exists. if you like the iphone then buy one and if you love samsung then you have all the right to buy it.

    Iphone?!...it should be ooophone no matter what your improvement still apple behind time and trying to get people's money out from their pocket for the class of its own but frankly speaking it is ZERO!...should stay with desktop and laptop only

                              You have to use sooo many different phones against one iPhone. Thats why iPhone is at the top, it fits perfectly into many people's lifestyle.

                              PS: Just because Android have its set of features, iPhone ALSO have its set of iPhone specific features, like airplay, airdrop, icloud, gamecenter, physical mute button. whereby people cannot live without.

                                Are you joking? Let's make this an equal comparison on this point. Nobody other than Apple sells the same old models for more than three years after introduction.

                                So the fact is that Apple sells phones with NO firmware updates if you buy the phone close to it being discontinued.

                                As for your other comment about features and comparable price, fact is iphones are more expensive than competitors flagships and come with fewer features. Here are just a few:

                                -not water resistant or dustproof
                                -no SD card slot (add about 300 USD to price between iphone low memory to high memory model)
                                -no ir
                                -no nfc
                                -no fm radio
                                -no removable battery
                                -lower pixel density
                                -smaller screen
                                -no dual sim slot
                                -no file manager/no access to filesystem

                                If you still like the iphone, good for you. But please don't try to sell it as the premium product that it once was. There are much better value for your money options available.

                                  There are hundreds of news stories about defective Apple iphones and ipads available for people to search for but these fanboys just refuse to believe. My last iphone was the 4s and I've never looked.

                                  As brilliant as Steve Jobs was, when he said people "aren't holding the phone right" and "need to hold it differently" to address what was obviously engineering and design problems around the antenna and signal reception I said enough with this A-Hole's arrogance and his company's products.

                                  Now I just laugh at the people who blindly buy the next iphone or ipad simply because it's new and don't look for more value for their money. And as time goes on there are more and more options available.

                                  Apple "premium quality and build" is a myth. They build their phones in Chinese factories and go as cheap on every component as they can (and on assembly). That is why Apple has so many quality issues (shall we discuss IOS QA problems next?).
