I was using Emotion UI 1.5 then 1.6 then 2.0 and I can see the evolution each time. Emotion UI 3.0 looks like a natural successor in the same path. I don't see real iOS resemblance.

Fact. When Google saw Apple's OS, they made drastic changes to make Android more touch friendly.
Fact. Samsung's Touchwiz was inspired by iOS.
