My samsung galaxy grand 2 camera is not working... wenever i try to on the camera it says "unfortunately camera has stopped". Wat can b done to rectify.. pls help.

i think samsung is hiding something from the grand 2 users about this restarting issue. I request gsmarena people to find this out and check if any update is going to come soon so that it solves the problem for g2 users

i upgrade my samsung galaxy grand 2...
its not satisfies to me..
it get restart 2-3 times a day.. i dono y... in before i cant have any problem.. after i upgrade only its give such problems.. please give solution for this...

in samsung kies you upgrade you grand 2 jellybean 4.3 to kitkat 4.4. and after upgrade there is no issue happen so only download samsung kies from samsung estore then connect your phone with usb cable, if you have running 4.3 jellybean then it says to upgrade the filmware, click on upgrade botton then follow the instruction, after upgrading you have running 4.4 kitkat.

Guys...Go to the Service Centre and ask them to reload the Android OS in Binary Format. This will solve both blue screen and restart error.

Cozz m too facing the same issue ma phone just restarts not with blue screen. ..
Previously i was facing this issue but after replacing the motherboard the issue was solved. ..
But again when i updated ma phone in October with the latest 123mb update...
It started restarting as all ma apps closes down and d cell automatically restarts but now m nt getting any blue screen it juss restarts. ..
Hey ma frnd is the working in samsung service center in ville parle..
He is been working as software engineer. .
He told me dat all this issue will get solved automatically after 4.4.4 update...

After 4.4.2 update, my SM-G7102 does random restarts and blue screen. AND samsung doesn't seem to care about this problem....
