after update if it is coming then restart your phone in safe mode to open safe mode:- restart fone and when samsung logo appeared press and hold volumedownn key then you will see safe mode logo now it is in safe mode ....then after few minutes 10 or 20 restart your phone simply and then this prblm will be solved

having skype creates more issue with Camera.. uninstalling it helped. there is known bug with camera 4.4.2. hope samsung provided 4.4.3 update soon.

Hello guys, there is only one solution for the restart problem of grand 2 that is to submit your phone in the service center and get changed your motherboard from there.n dont forget to tell them that while receiving your phone back you want 4.3 jellybean not kitkat. This solved my problem.

My Grand ll comes from Dubai. I upgraded my phone into kikat & it makes me very happy. My phone performance become more faster than before, battery life awesome, double than before. There is no problem.

Pls help.....
I hds updated ma grand 2 into kitkat...I dont have any problems like restarting and all...Ma problem is that ma phone is not downloading any contents from any sites..Even from the Playstore...I tried many browsers like uc browser opera and in built browser Chrome..Contents are downloading till 4or5% and getting failed...Nothing is downloading from play store...pls help me guys....
