I bought grand 2 which is getting restart 2 to 3 times in a day with blue screen it's been only 3 days since I bought his mobile
I went to service centre they told to replace my phone
But after replacement also I am facing same problem in new phone
Don't know what to do

I didn't get my android kitkat update in my grand 2 device yet. I live in Lebanon. If region matters, how could I update it???

Hi friends i have grand 2...after upgrade to 4.4.2 my phone restart automatically and also face big issue and finally gave to the service centre they changed mother board but now also my phone get upgrade...i have fear that same problem come again??? How can i change to jelly bean version

Hey guys don't upgrade your grand 2.I upgraded it I have 1 problem of security I can't put pattern lock and I like to put pattern lock if anyone have solution for it then please reply :((

I have grand 2 from last june. I have no problem till today in jelly bean. Last few days I m also planning to update my version to kitkat. But after reading this comments I change my mind. My 4.3 jelly bean is best. I m waiting for 4.4.4. Lets see what happened.

Please help me. Since i upgrade my grand 2 duos to 4.4.2. My phone randomly turn its screen to blue and reboots automatically when connected to the internet.
