here is fix without loosing ur data and apps
First of all start ur phone in SAFE mode.
To enter into Safe mode - just after restarting your phonen it displays The makers name and name of the phone model just keep pressing volume down key until it shows home screen. Your phone's Down left corner will have small black strip that reads Safe Mode. Then it will display a message that phone upgraded successfully. Then see if it is running smoothly. After that you can restart your phone as you do normally. It helped me wish it'll help you all. Be ready to enjoy KITKAT.

I too had this same problem of restarting...but allow your phone to get that update...its about 150mb update.
Then this restarting issue will vanish forever
All the best..enjoy the grand 2..its a brilliant phone

I have purchased Samsung grand 2 mobile 4 months back.....now I m facing problem while installing apps as my system is having lot of space still it gives a error message unable to download the apps in the default application device....Please reply or do I need to show to service centre
