they might be creating extra buzz but its a marketing technique... flipkart is really selling the phones! hell! i got one in the 19th august sale! so u have to be lucky! dont blame it on the companies but on ur luck

THis people are creating buzz In the market by creating short supply , they are actually not selling the phones , so we have to stop registering this phone on flipkart ,,, go for MOTOG now its available at 12k nly .... this flipkart and Chinese people are making us fools

Honestly, it's an Amazing Phone with Amazing Price tag. Fair price. Awesome hardware. It really went out of stock in 5 seconds in India. LOL!

I wanted to purchase two phones One MI3 and one RedmiNote but I am not able to buy even one one them.I am planning to buy some other phone .RedmiNote is not even launched but RedmiNote and is available in grey market at a price much higher then company quoted on its website.It appears as if company itself has temporary created the shortages in order to create the market hype and create temporary demand.Every company has some pre-production before launch and china is one of the huge factory of the world they can produce as much number as they can.This shortage is just a marketing tactics.

Yaaa... That's right...
It was totally a bullshit, according to me there was not a single handset available that day...
As I was waiting for a long time & as soon as the timer said 00:00:00 the page refreshed & the MI3 was OUT OF STOCK.
Suggestion : Flipkart, If there is no stocks available then why are u fooling people as this can impact ur reputation.

I registered for mi3 mobile on flipkart two days in advance for 29th july sale. I logged in on flipkart on 29th july at 1.00 pm successfully. However when the sell started & clicked for buying the message flashed "you have not registered" and 1 minute later message flashed "outof stock". The message/error that "you are not registered" didnot allow me to buy . I am very disappointed . Will same thing happen on 5th August Sale [I have registered for same also] .

No it is not 5 seconds. It just went out of stock in 2 seconds when I painstakingly waiting for hours. There is no logic in keeping the registration window open for a week and accepting lakhs of registrations and selling few thousands in Flash sale. Customers were severely frustrated by #Flipkart and #Xiaomi, who making the Indians fools. The Flash sale strategy back fired. Flipkart should reconsiderin allowing such practical jokes on its loyal customers. After all a grerat phone let down by Flipkart. And a great Indian e-tailer damaged by Xiaomi.

selling only 5000-10,000(GOD KNOWS) units within 5/0 seconds is nothing but bullshit. stock atleast 50,000 units for the next 5th august sell. Or shut your mouth up if sell a handful of devices and boast we are out of stock within 0 seconds. Don't play the same game with the customers.
