I have seen a video where US police have been saved from Gunshot because of Pen and also Coin.
Any such thing can displace bullet from it's course.
But i find it difficult to keep device in shirt's pocket because it may fall.

That's not a bullet nor real gun. Guns are outlawed in Taiwan so gangsters modify Japanese BB guns that fire plastic BBs to shoot steel balls. About 10 years ago someone used a modified gun to assassinate Taiwan's vice president and the bullet bounced off the VP's shin.
