samsung must be getting increasingly desperate as that clearly has taken many design cues from the iphone 5/5s and since they're trying to release it before the iphone 6 i think its cheapshot

Aside from the fact the image on the box doesn't show metal edges, the date says: Tue, Sep 15
September 15th was last on a Tuesday in 2009. This year, it'll be on a Monday.

I went with LG this time around, after owning 2 Samsung Notes, and don't plan on looking back!
