Why all the Samsung hate?
Not because they're successful. Because of their business ethics.
Nokia was successful with their phones once. Sony is successful with things like cameras and Playstation and audio products. I did not see that much hatred for those two.
The problem with Samsung design was because they use the same design with all the phones whether it's low-ends, midrangers, or high-ends. And there doesn't seem to be any detail or effort put into Samsung design. How many years have it been already? Even Samsung users are complaining about it, so would you call them haters as well?
Xperia Z was the first successful phone when Sony entered the market as Sony and not Sony Ericsson, so they would need to retain the product design if they would continue to call it Z. And it's only been almost 2 years since the omnibalance design was introduced. They already make statements that there would definitely be a design change. (Z4?)
Go look at Sony other phones >>>> Xperia Arc, NXT series,T- TX-V series, Xperia E, Xperia SP, Xperia L
Tell me if they look like Xperia Z.

[deleted post]People bash all the other phone manufacturers just as much as Samsung. Apple probably gets the most hate. But TouchWiz is the worst skin over Android, it takes up too many resources, and Samsung preloads all of their own apps on their phones, which 95% of people don't use. I read a study about that, if I find it I'll link it. Nobody likes to pay 700+ dollars for a piece of tech or anything, to find that it feels cheap in their hands. Samsung devices are all cheap plastic. Not even high quality plastic. There are better phones for a better price is all I'm saying. If their devices fit your needs, then that's great and you should stick with Samsung. They aren't for everyone though.

Specs mean nothing or benchmarks it real world use so my question is same you say Note 4 will beat them all,,beat them all at what?
iPhone just open app after app I've had 84 open and still works fine,,open tab after tab ib safari and iPhone just carrys on no slow down,,press hold shutter button it takes photo after photo 3 times a second till its memory is full.Yur Note4 could never "BEAT" that performance constantly continuously every time.Same with Macbook Air over Windows open tab after tab its just keeps going whereas Windows just crashes saying"Internet Explorer Is Restarting" crap..
If we had a referee shouting out things to do on yur smartphone solid for half an hour or more the iPhone would just keep goig whereas Android would collapse.
I am not saying iPhone is for everyone but anyone wanting constant usage flaw free and stress free should go iPhone..Those who love spec/power/ever changing phone fun and being able to customise would be bored with iPhone.You have to buy whats right for you its your money i could not care less what phone you buy.But when you say t beats every phone you have to back it up with reasons

Why do people think these images are real, Samsung does not put a picture of their device on boxes anymore, they have a faux wooden looking box with just the name of the device on it. Not since the original note I believe have they used a box that looks like the one in the picture. Also look at the picture of the phone on the box and then look at the other pictures, the phones are not the same at all, one has metal edges the other black plastic looking edges, plus the note 4 is supposed to be water proof like the s5 is. Also look at where the usb cord plugs into in the pictures showing the back the section where you plug the usb port in looks raised up on the metal part, which doesn't make any sense why it would bend just on the metal and nowhere else like that.

This is obviously a fake image, look at the metal edges in the picture of the device, you can clearly see metal, yet on the picture of the box the edges are solid black no metal what so ever showing. Also the volume button on the sides are not visible from the back views at all in the image, yet the front view of the phone you can see them stick out clearly, so looks like someone forgot to Photoshop in those buttons on the side for the back picture of the device.
