First of all average users user features. Obviously. Some do some dont. Exact same with power users. How ridiculous.
Second of all having removable batteries consistently when most others don't or are just starting to get them is one.
Better ergonomics
Better featured

Generally better battery life than most.
Better camera.
And you talk about Web and movies saying note had no advantage....um the Amoled destroys others in this.

I can see the point of folding and rolling devices but technology means we are probably 5 years plus from these type of devices being main stream.

The main advantage the Note series has against the phablets from rival companies, is that, the stylus, also known as S-Pen. The TouchWiz UI, especially for Note series has some nice features to make use of the S-Pen and this is what makes the Note series stand out amongst all other phablets. There are absolutely no phablets other than the Samsung Note series ones that offers a stylus and productive ways to make use of the stylus to interact with the phablet. So, it is just plain old to say it has no advantages compared to other phablets in its price segment. I'm no Samsung fan and these are just facts.

Note 4 is no longer unique anymore. There are too many android phablets out there, that are actually better then the note. sure it has some nice "features" but the average person do not use these features. It still come down to web browsing, videos to some extent and applications. Samsung no longer has any leverage or advantage over any of its competitors. in china, Samsung is going to get swalled up by Xiao Mi, and Huahuei, in Japan they will get defeated by apple and sony, who are already making better quality phones then them, in USA they will also get defeated by Apple, their only chance is selling the note 4's at a stupidly low price, which to some point, were hurt their sales.

note 4 will be announced a couple weeks before iphone 6. if also available a couple of weeks before then Samsung has the chance of filling in some holes before Apple.

Im using note 3 now - and it is the very best smartphone on planet. I will definately buy note 4 - just because I can - and I really would like to stare nude babes in 2560 x 1440 res. Its gonna be stellar! Battery life was never an issue in the note series since - notes always triumphed in this area. Simply cos they are large so the battery is also large. Size does matter!
